Baseball Tryouts for the 2024 Baseball Season final day of tryouts is Monday, January 22nd at 5pm. All students who would like to attend the tryout must have a current physical on file with the training staff and all of their rank one paperwork completed. There are sign up sheets outside of room S-215 and W-315. Please sign up before the tryout. Any questions can be emailed to Coach Mickles at KyleMickles@misdmail.org

The FAFSA opened on December 31st. The state of Texas now requires seniors to complete the FAFSA, or formally opt out. If you are planning to attend college, you should complete the FAFSA. Even if you don’t think you’ll qualify for “free” money, many colleges require the FAFSA to be completed and use it when considering students for scholarships.  We have scheduled some evening help sessions at the MISD Center for the Performing Arts to assist with your FASFA! These sessions, at the Dr. Jim Vaszauskas Center for the Performing Arts, are on on January 16th, January 25th, February 8th and February 20th. You will receive an e-mail to register for one of these evenings if you need help.  You can also get FASFA assistance at the Legacy Go Center.
