Are you ready for life after high school? Could you use some help preparing for your next steps? Join us February 20th from 5:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. for Destination Success! Please see flyer posted around Legacy for registration details. All attendees must register for this event. On-site registration will be available. (Destination Success will be held at the Mansfield ISD Center for the Performing Arts, located at 1110 W Debbie Lane, Mansfield, TX 76063.)
The FAFSA opened on December 31st. The state of Texas now requires seniors to complete the FAFSA, or formally opt out. If you are planning to attend college, you should complete the FAFSA. Even if you don’t think you’ll qualify for “free” money, many colleges require the FAFSA to be completed and use it when considering students for scholarships. We have scheduled some evening help sessions at the MISD Center for the Performing Arts to assist with your FASFA! These sessions, at the Dr. Jim Vaszauskas Center for the Performing Arts, are on on January 16th, January 25th, February 8th and February 20th. You will receive an e-mail to register for one of these evenings if you need help. You can also get FASFA assistance at the Legacy Go Center.
From MISD - Parents join us at RL Anderson as we share some tips to help your student on STAAR. You can register here. Details Below! We hope to see you there.
