Level Change Request

If you are interested in dropping an Advanced or AP course, please complete the Level Change Request Form by 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2021.  

This form is used for students wanting to change from an Advanced / AP course to an On-level / Regular course.  This form is NOT to change courses or a teacher.

NOTE- Submitting a schedule change request form does not ensure that the request will be approved; only that it is eligible for consideration. Level change requests are approved or denied by administration.
